Acceptance. By accessing any site, product, or service operated by OnTop Local (“OTL,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies. If you do not accept, do not use our Services.

Eligibility & Accounts. You must be at least 18 and able to form contracts. Keep your credentials confidential; you’re responsible for activity under your account.

Services. We provide online‑marketing solutions—including website design, SEO, social‑media posting, reputation management, and PPC—delivered via “The Post Place” platform and related tools.ontoplocal.com

Fees & Payments. Prices are listed on order pages or custom proposals. Charges are due in USD, payable by accepted methods. Late or failed payments may suspend service. All fees are non‑refundable except as required by law or an express “30‑Day Risk‑Free Guarantee.”

User Content & Conduct. You retain rights to content you upload but grant OTL a worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, use, modify, and display it to deliver Services. You’ll not post unlawful, infringing, or harmful material, nor abuse our systems.

Intellectual Property. All OTL software, trademarks, and content are ours or our licensors’. No license is granted except as expressly stated.

Third‑Party Links & Tools. External sites/tools are used at your own risk; we’re not liable for them.

Termination. You may cancel anytime; we may suspend or end Services for breach, non‑payment, or to comply with law. Sections 5‑12 survive termination.

Disclaimers. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Results (e.g., rankings, traffic) vary and are not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted, OTL’s total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 6 months before the claim. We’re not liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages.

Indemnity. You’ll defend and indemnify OTL from claims arising from your content or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law; Disputes. Laws of the State of Arizona govern. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Maricopa County state or federal courts; both parties waive jury trial.

Changes. We may modify these Terms; we’ll post the revised version and update the “Effective Date.” Continued use after changes means acceptance.
